When you ask us to call back, UB Tech Solutions collects your telephone number and the problem you describe to respond and coordinate the requested work. You can include your suburb or other job details in your message.

Requests are stored through our website hosting provider and accessible to the business owner. Relevant job details may be shared with team members assigned to your request. When enabled, our phone and notification providers process call details and deliver service alerts to our team. Please do not include payment information, identification documents or other sensitive information.

Clicking “Call me back” requests a call about this service inquiry. It does not enroll you in marketing, promotional calls, or SMS. A request is not an appointment confirmation. No payment is collected on this site.

Mobile numbers and SMS consent

If you separately opt in to service text updates at our SMS preference page, we record the number, consent text and version, time, and source of that choice. We use this permission only for updates about service you request from UB Tech Solutions. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties for marketing or promotional purposes, and will not be sold or rented. Service providers may process information only to support delivery and operation of the requested service.
